Yoga is my medicine it gives me a peaceful mind and
a grateful heart
I have been practicing Yoga for over twenty years and teaching for eleven years. I love the way that yoga makes me feel and how we can inspire others through our teachings. 
I started my practice with Ashtanga Vinyasa , I completed my first 200-hour training in 2010 and started teaching alongside my full-time job in advertising.  In 2014 I trained in pregnancy yoga at Triyoga and that bought a more feminine softer influence into my practice. In 2016, I completed a second 200-hour training in Ibiza to refine my teaching methods further. 
My style is a strong yet graceful intuitive flow, adaptable to the individual's needs.
